My name is Rebecca Brandy (she/her) and I am a Marriage & Family Therapist Associate AMFT (#132890) under the supervision of Brooke Spahn, LMFT (#83936). I am currently seeing clients both via Telehealth and in person at my practice located in Los Angeles, California.

Everybody has a story to tell, and I want to hear yours. I believe you are the expert of your experience and together we can navigate your life with more understanding and ease. Through curiosity and empathy, I aim to create a nonjudgmental environment where clients can speak freely about their anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, low self-esteem, grief, substance abuse, body dysmorphia, and past/current traumas. Together, we will formulate a plan on how to move forward from these problem stories and rewrite new narratives. I have a warm yet directive approach to helping clients understand their behavior, find their voice and achieve their goals. My goal is to highlight your strengths, identify areas of change, and focus on how you can be kind to yourself throughout that process.

I am passionate about cultivating empowerment within my clients, and my hope is to help you on your path to healing while you begin to set down the things that no longer serve you. If you are in a place in your life where you are feeling stuck and want to evolve from past narratives, I encourage you to reach out.

You’re stuck, finding it difficult to connect to the things that bring you joy and purpose. You’re concerned about your relationships. What do the people you care about most think of you? Do they like you? Are you enough?

You’re a hard worker, an overachiever even, who finds themselves on the frequent verge of burnout. Decision making can be so challenging for you, there’s so much you’re not sure of yet. You want to be able to advocate for your own needs. You want to know how to have emotionally honest conversations and set boundaries.

You want to feel stronger, braver, more confident in yourself, your relationships and your future. You want to live a fuller life without the overwhelming burden of shame, embarrassment or self-judgement.

I believe in you. And I believe that together we can create a deeper understanding of the parts of self that hold you back from feeling like your best, most connected and most confident self.

As a trauma informed psychotherapist, my greatest joy is getting to know the realest parts of you, through curiosity, empathy and a relational approach. I am experienced and skilled at working with teens, young adults, families, and people experiencing issues in relationships, self-esteem and perfectionism.

My goal is to create a space and a relationship, free of fear and judgement, where you can explore your deepest pain and your greatest worries so that we can build a healthier relationship to self, others and the fulfilling future you desire.

Savanah Harvey (she/her) is a marriage and Family Therapy Associate working under the supervision of Brooke Spahn. Savanah strives to create a comforting and accepting space where clients will be seen, heard, and understood. Together with clients, she navigates challenges and taps into their innate capacity to heal and achieve their goals.

Specializing in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and relational dynamics, Savanah aims to facilitate transformative experiences, fostering calm, clarity, and connection within clients and those within the LGBTQIA+ community. Through exploration and compassionate care, she works on challenging emotions and cultivates self-compassion and empowerment.

In my individual therapy work, I’ve witnessed the profound impact of Internal Family Systems (IFS) in helping clients understand and heal their internal landscapes. This approach allows us to explore and harmonize the different parts of the self, leading to greater self-awareness and emotional well-being.

When it comes to relational and couples therapy, I have seen remarkable progress through the use of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This approach enables us to delve into the emotional dynamics within the relationship, fostering deeper emotional connections and understanding between partners. By addressing emotional needs and enhancing communication, couples can experience more profound intimacy and strengthened bonds.

Additionally, I am training in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) (completion July 2024), which can be a powerful adjunct to traditional therapy for individuals dealing with treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. This innovative approach can help unlock new pathways for healing and transformation.

With 6+ years of experience as a yoga instructor, I incorporate a holistic, mind-body approach into my therapy practice. I believe in the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit, and use this philosophy to guide clients towards comprehensive well-being. Yoga and mindfulness techniques are integrated into our sessions to enhance emotional regulation, reduce stress, and promote overall mental health.
